Auto-Replace: teach Nixi AI your vocabulary

You know those terms Nixi AI keeps getting slightly wrong? Now you can fix them once and Nixi AI will apply the correction automatically to every future note.

Double-click a word in your generated note, click the magnifier icon in the toolbar, type what it should say instead, and save the rule. Manage all your rules anytime from Settings → Anpassungen.

Click the microphone icon next to any section, speak, and your words are inserted at the cursor. Nothing above is overwritten. Works in German, English and mixed conversations.

Edit with AI: rewrite any letter with one instruction

Click the sparkle icon, type a short instruction. "more formal", "shorter and more precise", and Nixi AI rewrites the selected text or the whole letter. Every change is reversible.

Template Editor: your notes, your style

Decide which sections appear in every note, choose bullets or prose per section, and set specific instructions that apply automatically to future consultations. Add, remove or reorder sections. Settings → Templates → Create new template.
