Every practice documents differently. With the template editor you decide which sections appear, whether they're bullet points or prose, and what instructions Nixi AI follows automatically on every consultation.
Choose one for your specialty. Rheumatology, gynaecology, neurology and more, or one you've built yourself. The template controls the structure of the doctor's letter and the patient letter that come out of the consultation.
The template editor is a 3-column workspace: section list on the left, the section content rules in the middle, and an inspector on the right where you set the visit type, the tone, and any custom rules Nixi AI should follow.
Some sections read better as bullet points (findings, vitals, medication lists). Others read better as prose (history, anamnesis, free-text impressions). The format is set per section. Nixi AI generates the section in that shape every time.
Patient reports a 3-week history of intermittent dull chest pain on exertion, no syncope or dyspnoea at rest, no family history of cardiac disease.
Settings → Templates → Create new template. From the same screen you can edit an existing custom template, or duplicate a built-in specialty template as a starting point for your own.

Duplicate it first. That gives you a custom copy you own. Edit the copy as much as you like; the original built-in template stays available for anyone who wants to start from it again.
