Why billing so often falls short.

    Exclusions, add-ons, flat rates, approvals and rules that apply within and across quarters. A full clinic day leaves no time to look them up.

    If a detail is missing, such as the first contact this quarter, the question sits on the card and Nixi AI waits for your answer.

  • What is left out, and why

    The codes Nixi AI left out are visible too, with the reason: too short a duration, a missing approval, an exclusion by another code.

Data protection

What happens to your data.

  • The billing logic runs in our cloud environment in the EU.
  • For billing, the note text stays on the server; the browser receives only the suggestions.
  • The PDF is created on demand and is not stored. Your decisions on codes are stored without patient identity.
