Nixi AI

Editing the note with Edit-with-AI.

Click the sparkle icon, type how you want the letter changed, and Nixi rewrites it on the spot. No prompting tricks. Just say it the way you'd tell a colleague.

Where to find Edit-with-AI

Every Nixi AI letter has a sparkle icon in the toolbar. Click it to open the Edit-with-AI panel. A free-text instruction box with a few one-click suggestions for the most common refinements.

Speak as you would to a colleague

There are no prompt-engineering tricks. Type what you want changed the way you'd ask a junior colleague: "more formal", "focus on clinical findings", "shorter and more precise", "add ICD-10 codes". Edit-with-AI rewrites the letter accordingly.

It works on the whole letter or on a single section. Select the paragraph you want refined and the rest of the note stays untouched.

One-click refinements

Some changes are common enough to be a single click. No instruction needed. They sit in the editor toolbar alongside Edit-with-AI:

  • Hide. Collapse a paragraph; hidden text is also skipped when you copy.
  • Dictate. Speak; your words are inserted at the cursor.
  • Switch template. Turn a first consultation into a follow-up with one click.
  • Translate. Convert the whole letter into English (or another language).
  • Shorten. Compress without losing the medically relevant information.

You're in control

Every refinement. Instruction-driven or one-click. Can be accepted or undone. Nothing changes in the saved letter until you accept the diff. Multiple refinements stack as separate steps, so you can roll back any one of them without losing the rest.

Frequently asked

Editing. Quick answers.

  • Both. It follows your selection. Highlight a paragraph and the change applies only there; leave nothing selected and the instruction applies to the whole letter.
