The verification code is not arriving

The code is emailed the moment you request it and stays valid for 15 minutes. If it is not in your inbox, work through this order.

1. 1Check your spam or junk folder. Practice mail systems often file automated messages there.
2. 2Search your mailbox for the subject “Ihr Bestätigungscode”. For a password reset it is “Ihr Passwort-Reset-Code”. Both subject lines are in German, even when you use Nixi AI in English.
3. 3Give it a minute or two. Delivery occasionally takes a moment.
4. 4Confirm you used the same work email you registered with. A typo in the address sends the code to a different mailbox.
5. 5Request a new code if the last one is older than 15 minutes, then use the code from the most recent email.
6. 6Ask your IT team whether the practice spam filter delivers email from Nixi AI. Clinic networks sometimes block external senders centrally.

If a code still does not arrive, write to us from the contact page and include the email address you registered with, so we can check delivery.
