How do I start the Nixi AI free trial?

Go to the sign-up page, enter your work email and choose a password. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you confirm your email address. No credit card is required, and the trial converts to a paid seat only if you explicitly subscribe.

I forgot my Nixi AI password. How do I reset it?

Accepted Answer

Open the login page and click 'Forgot password'. Enter the email you signed up with and we'll send a one-time passcode (OTP), valid for 15 minutes. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders. Important: clicking 'Send again' before the original code arrives generates a new code and immediately invalidates the previous one, so wait the full 15 minutes before requesting another.

Which email address should I use to sign up?

Accepted Answer

Use your work email (e.g. your clinic or university address). This keeps per-seat billing clean and helps your practice share templates and terminology.

My invite email says the link expired. What now?

Accepted Answer

Invitation links expire after 7 days for security. Ask the colleague who invited you to send a new invite, or email support. We can reissue an invite in minutes.

Is Nixi AI available on mobile?

Yes. Nixi AI runs in any modern browser on iPad, iPhone and Android. There's no native iOS app yet. Sign in with the same work email you use on desktop and your sessions sync across devices.
