Nixi AI

Exporting and sending the note.

Three ways to copy, a downloadable PDF, and direct hand-off to your EMR. Pick the channel that fits where the note needs to go.

Four ways to share the note

Different destinations want different shapes. Nixi AI gives you four ready-to-use export options. Pick the one that matches where the text needs to go.

  • Formatted copy. For email, Word, or anywhere that respects rich text. Headings, bullets, paragraphs preserved.
  • EMR format. Plain text optimised for the typed-text fields most EMR systems use.
  • Copy all as Anamnese. The whole letter as one block, ready to paste into a single Anamnese field.
  • Download as PDF. A print-ready file to attach, archive, or hand to the patient.

Direct hand-off to your EMR

If your EMR supports direct file-based hand-off, Nixi AI writes the finished note straight into the patient's chart. No copying, no manual matching.

Your EMR

The finished note arrives directly in the patient's chart.

What's included in an export

By default, the doctor's letter is what you export. The patient letter and the progress note can be exported separately from their own panels in the editor. Each with its own copy, PDF, and EMR-handoff buttons.

  • Doctor's letter
  • Patient letter
  • Progress note

Where to find it

All three copy formats, PDF download, and the EMR hand-off live in the editor toolbar at the top of every Nixi AI letter. One menu, every destination.

Frequently asked

Export. Quick answers.

  • Try "EMR format" first. It's plain text shaped to fit a single typed-text field. If your EMR supports rich-text fields and you want headings preserved, try "Formatted copy". "Copy all as Anamnese" is best when your EMR only has one large free-text field per visit.
