Nixi AI already knows the standard German and English medical vocabulary. The custom dictionary is for everything else. A brand-name medication, a specialty-specific score, an in-house abbreviation, an uncommon diagnosis term, anything Nixi AI keeps writing slightly wrong.
Open the dictionary, click + Add term, type the term as it should appear in the note, then save. There's nothing else to configure. The next consultation already uses it.
You don't pick a dictionary per visit. Once a term is in your dictionary, Nixi AI consults it during transcription on every consultation you record. No per-visit toggle, no extra step.
Settings → Templates → Dictionary. From there you can add a new term, edit an existing one, or remove a term that's no longer needed.
