Each plan is available monthly or annually. Annual saves you money. Priced in EUR or USD. New subscribers on Basic and Pro get a 14-day free trial with no charges until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then for free.
Basic and Pro plans · no card needed
Billed every month, cancel anytime
Billed once a year. Saves you money
On day 15, keep using Nixi by adding a payment method under Settings → Subscription and picking the plan and billing cycle you want. The same Basic / Pro and monthly / annual choices covered above.
If you don't add a payment method, the account stops being billable, and since no card was collected at signup, there's no charge to come. Sign back in any time to add one and start a subscription.
If you'd rather leave during the trial, Settings → Subscription → Cancel. There's nothing to refund because nothing was billed.
Settings → Subscription → Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount. You only pay for the difference, calculated to the day. Downgrades also take effect immediately, with the unused portion of your higher plan credited toward your next invoice. No "wait until next month" friction.
Settings → Subscription → Manage billing opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Update your card, change your billing address, or download invoices directly from there.
Settings → Subscription → Invoices lists every invoice you've ever paid, newest first, with a download link beside each.
Settings → Subscription
Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you keep full access until the period ends, then your subscription stops automatically. No surprise immediate cutoffs.
Your data isn't deleted when you cancel; it stays put in case you change your mind. If you want it deleted, the account-deletion flow is documented in the Trust Centre.
Refunds aren't automatic in the app. If you believe you're owed one. A billing error, a charge after a cancellation didn't process. Write to us and we'll work it out with you directly through Stripe.
If a charge fails, Stripe automatically retries over the next few days and emails you. If retries fail, your account moves to a grace period before access is paused. You won't lose data, just access until billing is sorted.
