Yes — Nixi is fully GDPR-compliant. All data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany and never leaves the EU. Audio recordings are processed and deleted automatically; you control how long structured notes are retained (24 hours to 90 days).

Yes. Nixi works alongside every major German practice management system today via the floating Nixi Widget, copy-paste in PVS-format, and clipboard automation. Deeper, native integrations are available on request.

Nixi handles German and English natively, plus a growing list of additional languages. Multilingual consultations are also supported — you can speak German with the patient and have the doctor's letter generated in English (or vice versa) automatically.
Most doctors run their first real consultation with Nixi within 5 minutes of signing up — pick a specialty template, test your mic, and you're ready. Customising your own templates and workflows takes another 15–30 minutes, and we offer a free onboarding call if you'd like one.
You can export all your notes and templates at any time. After cancellation, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days — no lock-in, no hidden retention.
